Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise i.e sale items).
However, the following conditions apply:
You must contact email@example.com with your intention to exchange within 7 days.
You must cover the return shipping costs and use a traceable method.
Chop Shop Wanaka will not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of being returned to us.
Chop Shop Wanaka will organise a credit or exchange the item for another only once the retuned item has been received and accepted.
No refunds will be given.
No credits or exchanges are available on sale items.
All returned items must be in the condition they were shipped in, un-used and with all original tags and receipts.
